Sausages with Cheese & Keto Salad (1 Serving)

A hearty, low-carb meal made with high-quality sausages, melted cheese, and a creamy, fresh salad — perfect for a satisfying keto lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

Sausages:

  • 2 high-quality sausages (approx. 200g total)

  • 2 slices of cheese (e.g., Gouda or cheddar – approx. 40g)

Salad:

  • 2–3 lettuce leaves (approx. 50g)

  • 2 baby cucumbers (approx. 100g)

  • ½ tomato (approx. 50g)

  • ½ red bell pepper (approx. 60g)

  • A small piece of chives (approx. 10g)

  • Fresh dill — for garnish

  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise (approx. 20g)

  • Salt and pepper — to taste

Extras:

  • 1 tsp low-carb ketchup (approx. 10g)


Preparation

  1. Cook the sausages in an air fryer, oven, or pan until browned and heated through.

  2. Once cooked, top each sausage with a slice of cheese and let it melt slightly.

  3. Prepare the salad:

    • Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

    • Slice the baby cucumbers.

    • Dice the tomato and red bell pepper.

    • Finely chop the chives.

    • Combine all in a bowl, mix with mayonnaise, and season with salt and pepper.

    • Garnish with fresh dill.

  4. Plate the sausages with melted cheese alongside the salad.

  5. Drizzle a bit of low-carb ketchup over the top.

  6. Serve immediately — best enjoyed fresh!
