It is a supported intervention to help you improve your nutrition and health sustainably, focussing on your goals, lifestyle & health behaviours. 

What Does The Free Consultation Involve and How Long Will It Take?

The consultation will last around 30 minutes. You get the opportunity to discuss your goals, your current and previous fitness levels, any previous or on-going health issues, your lifestyle, nutrition and to ask any further questions.

Do I need to be local to use your services?

Absolutely not! Distance is not a limitation when it comes to availing my services. As a personal and nutrition coach, I work with clients from all locations. Whether you're near or far, I can provide coaching support through virtual sessions, communication platforms, and online resources. This allows for flexibility and convenience, ensuring that clients can access personalized coaching and guidance from the comfort of their own homes.

What are your qualifications?

"I hold an 'Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal Training' as well as diplomas in 'Food and Allergy Intolerance Training.' In addition to my educational background, I bring extensive experience in one-to-one training. These qualifications, coupled with my hands-on experience, equip me to provide comprehensive fitness and nutritional guidance.My commitment to ongoing education ensures that I stay current with the latest developments in fitness and nutrition.
