Let me share my inspiring journey with you

Hello, lovely individuals! I'm Gosia, your dedicated personal and nutrition coach, committed to making the journey to a healthier lifestyle simple and attainable for each of you. Today, I'm thrilled to share my personal story of transformation with you.

My name is Gosia, and my story isn’t just about weight loss—it’s about inner transformation. I was born in Poland, but England has been my home for many years. Sports had always been my passion, but moving abroad and starting a new job pushed that part of me aside. When I became pregnant with my first child, my life changed drastically. I had always been slim, but suddenly I felt like I was filled to the brim—with air, with weight, with emotions I didn’t recognize. The extra pounds after giving birth became a burden, making everyday tasks feel like uphill battles. My well-being plummeted, and every step reminded me of the lightness I had lost.

Everything felt unbearable, especially when postpartum depression took hold. It was a time of unspoken sadness and hidden tears as I tried to cope with a version of myself I didn’t want to face. Being far from family, without support during those demanding early weeks of motherhood, deepened my sense of isolation.

I cried into my pillow almost every night, silently, so no one would hear. The tears ran down my cheeks, and I couldn’t even explain why it hurt so much. It felt like I was locked in a dark room without a key—no way out, no hope. I didn’t understand what was happening to me. I was afraid of my own thoughts.

I didn’t fall asleep because I was tired—I slept because that was the only time I didn’t feel empty. I was terrified to tell anyone what was going on in my head. I felt ashamed. I thought that if I opened up, I’d be told I was overreacting. That other women have children too and somehow manage just fine. And I couldn’t.

I didn’t even know postpartum depression was a real thing. It wasn’t until I was in the depths of it that I realized how it could break you. I felt ugly, ruined, rejected by my own self. The fat on my stomach, the loose skin, the tired eyes... I looked in the mirror and didn’t recognize the woman staring back. I had disappeared. And in my place stood someone else—sad, lost, silent.

It was a time when my heart was screaming, but no one could hear it.

It lasted about two weeks—two long, heavy weeks during which I felt like a shadow of myself. And then my sister called. Her voice broke through the wall I had built around me. She told me about her decision to fight for herself—how she had started losing weight and was already seeing the first results. In her words, there was something I had been missing: hope.

That conversation was a spark—it ignited a quiet but powerful determination within me. I started reading, planning, and searching for exercises I could safely do after giving birth. For the first time, it wasn’t about bouncing back quickly or chasing a certain figure. I wanted to return to myself. To the woman I had lost somewhere along the way.

At the beginning of December, I got the green light from my doctor to start working on myself. With 40 extra kilos, I didn’t want to wait until January like everyone else. Why postpone change? I decided to start immediately. Each day was an opportunity. December became the beginning of a new life, not an excuse.

It wasn’t easy, but the more I read and experimented, the more I felt I was doing something good—not just for my body, but for my health. It wasn’t about restrictions—it was about making choices. And suddenly, what once seemed hard became my new normal. I had more energy, I stopped snacking mindlessly, and my body began to thank me for it.

It was that balance—between movement and mindful eating—that started to transform me the most.

Over time, my body began to ask for more—my movements were more confident, my form improved, and I grew stronger. What once felt impossible became a part of my routine. I started looking for new challenges on my own, increasing intensity, adding weights, extending workouts. I wanted to go further, go deeper—grow.

The scale didn’t always move. Some weeks it stayed exactly the same, even though I was giving it my all. But that’s when I learned to look at progress differently—through measurements, photos, and the strength I felt in both my muscles and my mind. That was my lesson: success isn’t just numbers, it’s the change you can see and feel.

I kept a journal—logging workouts, taking photos, tracking measurements. Every small win, every kind comment from loved ones gave me wings. Healthy habits and consistency did their job—in one year, I lost 40 kilograms. But the most important part wasn’t what I lost—it was what I gained: a new body, firm and strong, and a new me—confident, content, and calm.

Four years after that first transformation, I became a mom again. This time, I knew how important it was to take care of myself—mentally and physically. I exercised during pregnancy, I ate well, but my body responded differently. Every pregnancy tells a different story.

After giving birth, the scale showed 36.5 kg more. I was shocked. I had done everything “right,” and yet, I was back at the starting line. Do you know that feeling? Standing in front of the mirror, asking yourself, “Can I really do this again?”

A second time. A second pregnancy. And again, nearly the same weight to lose. Honestly—there’s something about my body in pregnancy; it just inflates like a balloon with no mercy. But this time, I had no illusions. I knew it would be hard—but I also knew I could do it.

I knew that if I’d done it once—I could do it again. Even with less time, more responsibilities, and little sleep, I had something I didn’t before: experience and strength. As soon as I recovered from childbirth, I returned to working out—not perfect workouts, but real ones. I also went on daily walks with the kids—outside, with the stroller, staying active. That was my way of staying in motion without losing sight of family life.

Maybe you’re in that place too? Tired, overwhelmed, feeling like you’re starting all over again? Trust me—you can do it. You just have to take the first step. Not for others… for yourself.

No excuses, no shortcuts. Step by step—getting back to workouts, daily walks with the kids, eating well, staying patient. It wasn’t always easy. Sometimes the scale didn’t move. Sometimes I had no energy. And sometimes… I had no support.

Because you know what? The biggest obstacles aren’t always the kilos. Sometimes it’s people. The ones who say: “Why bother?”, “Just eat something, stop overdoing it,” “You’ll never get your body back.” Maybe you hear those voices too. Maybe they’re around you—voices that don’t help, only drag you down.

I heard them too. Sometimes from friends, joking at my expense. Sometimes from people who thought they knew better. But I learned that I don’t owe anyone an explanation. I put on my invisible glasses—the kind that only let me see the road ahead. No matter how many twists and turns it has. It’s my road. And I keep walking it.

Today, I’ve fought the same battle twice. 40 kilograms after my first pregnancy. 36.5 kilograms after the second. But it’s not the numbers that matter most. What truly matters is what I’ve regained: my health, my energy, my confidence, and my peace. Every kilo lost wasn’t just weight off my body—it was more of me returned to my life.

Maybe you’re just starting now. Maybe you’re back at square one. But remember: anyone can fall. Not everyone has the courage to rise again.

And you—you can rise. You can begin.

You
can win.

My “before” and “after” photos are not just visual mementos. They are proof. Proof that it’s possible. That determination, consistency, and daily small choices can truly change everything.

For me, it’s more than a comparison of body shapes. It’s a comparison between a woman who was lost, tired, and full of doubt – and the one who now stands stronger, more aware, and proud of herself.

Today, these photos inspire other moms. They show that change is possible – no matter how much you have on your plate, how many times you’ve tried, or how many times you’ve stopped. What truly matters is that the fire to try again is still inside you.

My experience taught me that there’s no one path to health – each of us is different. That’s why, in working with clients, I focus on an individual approach. I pay attention not just to the body, but to emotions and daily realities. Because health is not just about diet and workouts – it’s about balance.

I want to share the energy that once helped me. To show that transformation doesn’t have to mean sacrifice, and that weight loss can be a joyful process. I teach how to eat mindfully, without excluding your favorite flavors – because it’s about living healthily, but also with pleasure.

My story isn’t just about losing weight – it’s about coming back to myself. To the woman who had dreams, passion, and the courage to believe in them again. I started from scratch twice. And twice I proved that nothing is impossible if you don’t give up.

Today, I don’t teach “diets” or “perfect plans.” I teach how to live healthier without giving up on yourself. How to eat smart, move with joy, and feel good in your own body – without pressure, without comparisons, in your own time. Each of us has a different story, different needs, and a different pace. That’s why I believe in a personalized approach – because your journey doesn’t have to look like mine to be effective.

Especially to you, dear Mom,

who looks in the mirror after pregnancy and wonders where the woman you used to know has gone. To you, who may feel overwhelmed by your weight, who may be losing faith that you can reach your health and fitness goals, I want to say: don’t give up.

Your health, your happiness, your future – it’s all worth the fight. And I’m here to help you in that fight.

Don’t let the fear of the first step hold you back. Let my story be proof that change is possible, that every day brings a new chance to be happier, healthier, and full of life.
