Keto Salad with Bacon & Eggs (1 Serving)

A classic, nutrient-rich keto salad combining crispy bacon, hard-boiled eggs, fresh vegetables, and creamy mayo. Ideal for breakfast, lunch, or even a light dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 hard-boiled eggs

  • 4 slices of bacon (approx. 40g)

  • 3 lettuce leaves (approx. 50g)

  • A small bunch of chives (approx. 10g)

  • 2–3 pickles (approx. 80g) or baby cucumbers (we use pickles)

  • ½ red bell pepper (approx. 60g)

  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise (approx. 20g)

  • Salt, pepper, and fresh dill — to taste


Preparation

  1. Boil the eggs, peel, and cut into halves or quarters.

  2. Fry the bacon until crispy, place on a paper towel, then chop into small pieces once cooled.

  3. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

  4. Dice the red bell pepper, slice the pickles, and finely chop the chives.

  5. In a bowl, mix the vegetables with mayonnaise, then transfer to a plate.

  6. Top with chopped bacon and arranged egg slices.

  7. Season with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of fresh dill.

  8. Serve immediately or chilled.
