Keto Salad with Bacon & Eggs (1 Serving)
A classic, nutrient-rich keto salad combining crispy bacon, hard-boiled eggs, fresh vegetables, and creamy mayo. Ideal for breakfast, lunch, or even a light dinner.
Ingredients

2 hard-boiled eggs

4 slices of bacon (approx. 40g)

3 lettuce leaves (approx. 50g)

A small bunch of chives (approx. 10g)

2–3 pickles (approx. 80g) or baby cucumbers (we use pickles)

½ red bell pepper (approx. 60g)
-
1 tbsp mayonnaise (approx. 20g)

Salt, pepper, and fresh dill — to taste
Preparation

Boil the eggs, peel, and cut into halves or quarters.

Fry the bacon until crispy, place on a paper towel, then chop into small pieces once cooled.

Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

Dice the red bell pepper, slice the pickles, and finely chop the chives.

In a bowl, mix the vegetables with mayonnaise, then transfer to a plate.

Top with chopped bacon and arranged egg slices.

Season with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of fresh dill.

Serve immediately or chilled.
