Ingredients

1 red or orange bell pepper (approx. 100g)

1 green cucumber (approx. 100g)

1 small carrot (approx. 40g)

4 slices of Brie cheese (approx. 40g)

1 slice of Gouda cheese (approx. 20g), cut into thin strips

30g roasted red pepper hummus

30g creamy dill dip (cream cheese + sour cream + dill, salt, pepper)

10g pecan nuts

10g walnuts
Preparation

Cut the bell pepper, cucumber, and carrot into sticks.

Slice the Brie into smaller bite-sized pieces.

Cut the Gouda into thin strips — ideal for wrapping around veggie sticks.

Prepare the dill dip by mixing 20g of cream cheese with 10g of sour cream, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. (Or use store-bought.)
