Keto Snack Board with Cheese, Veggies & Two Dips (1 Serving)

A colorful, satisfying keto-friendly platter featuring fresh vegetables, rich cheeses, crunchy nuts, and two creamy dips. Perfect for a light lunch, snack, or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 red or orange bell pepper (approx. 100g)

  • 1 green cucumber (approx. 100g)

  • 1 small carrot (approx. 40g)

  • 4 slices of Brie cheese (approx. 40g)

  • 1 slice of Gouda cheese (approx. 20g), cut into thin strips

  • 30g roasted red pepper hummus

  • 30g creamy dill dip (cream cheese + sour cream + dill, salt, pepper)

  • 10g pecan nuts

  • 10g walnuts


Preparation

  1. Cut the bell pepper, cucumber, and carrot into sticks.

  2. Slice the Brie into smaller bite-sized pieces.

  3. Cut the Gouda into thin strips — ideal for wrapping around veggie sticks.

  4. Prepare the dill dip by mixing 20g of cream cheese with 10g of sour cream, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. (Or use store-bought.)

  5. Arrange all ingredients on a board: place veggies, cheeses, and nuts; transfer dips into small bowls.

  6. Wrap veggies in cheese strips, dip, and enjoy!
