Keto Kebab Plate (1 Serving)

A delicious, low-carb twist on a classic kebab – perfect for a filling, keto-friendly meal.


Ingredients

Meat:

  • 1 chicken breast (approx. 200g)

  • 1 tsp olive oil (approx. 5g)

  • Salt, pepper

  • 1 tsp gyros seasoning

Vegetables:

  • 3 lettuce leaves (approx. 50g)

  • ½ tomato (approx. 50g)

  • 2–3 pickles (approx. 80g) or 2 small fresh cucumbers (approx. 100g) – we use pickles

  • ½ red bell pepper (approx. 60g)

  • A slice of onion (approx. 30g)

Extras:

  • 3 slices of Gouda cheese (approx. 60g)

  • 1 tsp low-carb ketchup (approx. 10g)

Garlic Sauce:

  • 2 cloves of garlic (approx. 10g)

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise (approx. 60g)

  • 3 tbsp sour cream 18% (approx. 60g)

  • Salt, pepper, Provençal herbs to taste


Preparation

  1. Dice the chicken breast and season with salt, pepper, and gyros seasoning.

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken until golden brown.

  3. Prepare the vegetables: tear or chop the lettuce, dice the tomato, pickles, and bell pepper, and slice the onion.

  4. Make the garlic sauce: press the garlic and mix with mayonnaise, sour cream, and herbs.

  5. On a plate, layer the ingredients: lettuce, pickles, tomato, bell pepper, onion, and cooked chicken.

  6. Top with sliced Gouda cheese, a drizzle of low-carb ketchup, and garlic sauce.

  7. Serve immediately.
