Ingredients:

  • Fresh spinach – 100g

  • Camembert – 1 wheel (120g, whole)

  • Green asparagus – 100g (chopped)

  • Red bell pepper – ½ piece (approx. 75g)

  • Chorizo – 50g (diced)

  • Garlic – 3 cloves (crushed)

  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp (20ml)

  • Spices: salt, pepper, sweet paprika


Preparation:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F), using top and bottom heat.

  2. In a baking dish, layer the ingredients in the following order: spinach, whole Camembert, asparagus, bell pepper, and chorizo.

  3. Add crushed garlic and your preferred amount of salt, pepper, and paprika.

  4. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

  5. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (356°F).

  6. Once baked, mix everything well so the melted cheese is evenly distributed.

  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
