Keto Casserole with Spinach, Camembert, Asparagus & Chorizo

Ingredients:

Fresh spinach – 100g

Camembert – 1 wheel (120g, whole)

Green asparagus – 100g (chopped)
-
Red bell pepper – ½ piece (approx. 75g)

Chorizo – 50g (diced)

Garlic – 3 cloves (crushed)

Olive oil – 2 tbsp (20ml)

Spices: salt, pepper, sweet paprika
Preparation:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F), using top and bottom heat.

In a baking dish, layer the ingredients in the following order: spinach, whole Camembert, asparagus, bell pepper, and chorizo.

Add crushed garlic and your preferred amount of salt, pepper, and paprika.

Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (356°F).

Once baked, mix everything well so the melted cheese is evenly distributed.

Serve warm and enjoy!
