Gyros Salad

Ingredients (1 serving):

Meat:

  • 1 chicken breast

  • 1 tsp olive oil (5 g)

  • Himalayan salt, pepper

  • 1 tsp gyros seasoning

Vegetables:

  • 4 lettuce leaves (50 g)

  • ½ tomato (50 g)

  • 2 pickled cucumbers (60 g)

  • ½ red bell pepper (50 g)

  • 1 slice onion (20 g)

Extras:

  • 1 slice Gouda cheese (20 g)

  • 1 tsp low-carb ketchup (10 g)

Garlic Sauce:

  • 1 garlic clove (5 g)

  • 20 g mayonnaise

  • 20 g sour cream (18%)

  • Salt, pepper, herbes de Provence


Preparation

1. Chicken:

Cut the chicken into cubes. Season with gyros seasoning, salt, and pepper. Fry in olive oil until golden brown.

2. Vegetables:

Tear the lettuce into pieces. Dice the tomato, pickles, and bell pepper. Slice the onion thinly.

3. Garlic Sauce:

Crush the garlic and mix with mayonnaise, sour cream, and spices until smooth.

4. Serving:

On a plate, layer the vegetables, then add the cooked chicken and cheese. Drizzle with ketchup and garlic sauce.
