Fluffy Homemade Cream Cheese Dessert
Ingredients (serves 2–3):

250 g semi-fat or full-fat curd cheese (blended or from a tub, without unnecessary additives)

100 ml heavy cream (36%), well chilled

1–2 tbsp xylitol (to taste – you can also use erythritol or stevia)

A few drops of vanilla extract (optional)

1–2 squares of dark chocolate (at least 70%), grated on top
Instructions:
1. Blend the curd cheese
Place the curd cheese, xylitol, and (optionally) vanilla into a mixing bowl.
Blend using a hand blender or food processor until smooth.
2. Whip the cream
Pour the chilled cream into the curd mixture and whip until stiff peaks form.
(For best results, the cream should be very cold – it will whip faster.)
The mixture should become light and fluffy.
3. Transfer to serving dishes
Spoon the ready cream cheese into glasses, bowls, or jars.
4. Add grated chocolate
Grate dark chocolate on top – finely or into larger flakes, as you prefer.
5. Chill (optional)
You can serve it immediately or chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes for a creamier texture.
Variations:

With fruits – Add a few raspberries, blueberries, or strawberries.

With cocoa – Mix 1 tbsp cocoa powder into the base for a chocolate version.

With mascarpone – Replace part of the curd cheese with 2–3 tbsp mascarpone for an extra smooth texture.

With Skyr – Works too, but the texture will be less creamy – add more cream to balance.
